Welcome to the KMi eLMS. This Privacy Policy is designed to tell you about our practices regarding collection, use, and disclosure of information that you may provide via this site. Active Information Collection

To be able to login to the KMi eLMS you must have an account. This account will hold some personal details, as name, e-mail address, division etc. This data will only be used for establishing the personal account and for your registration when visiting the KMi eLMS.

Some of the information that you submit while using a training module may be also personally identifiable information (that is, information that can be uniquely identified with you as your position in the company, division, score of the test).

Passive Information Collection

As you navigate through a Web site, certain information can be passively collected (that is, gathered without your actively providing the information) using various technologies and means, such as Internet Protocol addresses, cookies, Internet tags and navigational data collection.

This site uses Internet Protocol (IP) addresses. Access and Correction

Each individual registered on this site has access to his or her personal profile which contains all information supplied by that individual and or his or her employer.  Most fields are available for modification by the individual. Some elements of information may not be available for individual modification.  Any individual registered on this site who feels that those elements are inaccurate may contact support@kmionline.com to request a revision correction. We will take all reasonable steps to resolve these issues.

Enforcement and Dispute Resolution

KMI utilizes the self-assessment approach to assure its compliance with our privacy statement. KMI periodically verifies that the policy is accurate, comprehensive for the information intended to be covered, prominently displayed, completely implemented, and in conformity with the Principles. We encourage interested persons to raise any concerns with us using the contact information below. We will investigate and attempt to resolve complaints and disputes regarding use and disclosure of personal information in accordance with the principles contained in this policy.

With respect to any complaints relating to this policy that cannot be resolved through our internal processes, we have agreed to participate in the procedures of the panel established by the European Data Protection Authorities to resolve disputes pursuant to the Safe Harbor Principles. In the event that we or the European Data Protection Authorities determine that we did not comply with this policy, we will take appropriate steps to address any adverse effects and to promote future compliance.

Any person who we determine is in violation of our privacy policies will be subject to a disciplinary process.
